How much do you charge per square metre?
AVT prices all its jobs after visiting the site; type of material, type of surface, size of tiles all make a difference to the amount of work involved.
All quotations are free and the tiler who will carry out the work will visit you.
How soon can you do the work?
Most of our jobs take between one and three days to complete, although we are generally booked up approximately eight weeks in advance there are usually gaps between these jobs, depending upon the urgency of the job it is sometimes possible to reorganise our work schedule to suit everyone.

How long will it take to complete my job?
Most household work includes a Kitchen or Bathroom backsplash; these jobs can usually be completed in a day if they are of an average size. The more complicated the materials, design of tiles, or amount of cuts to each tile means that more time is necessary to complete the work. However we do give all our customers an approximate duration of works on the top left hand side of each quotation.

Do you supply the tiles?
We do not sell tiles, we supply the labour and you supply the tiles. Unless you already have your grout and adhesive we will add the cost in a separate column on the right hand side of your quotation under "Materials". We do not make any charge for picking up these materials and only the best products are used.

Can you remove my existing tiles?
Yes we can, let us know when we visit your property and we will put any additional labour cost separately in your quotation. It is important to think about the state of your walls behind the existing tiles, as it is not always possible to tell if your walls are "Sound" until the tiles have been removed. They may need plastering. Sometimes it is possible to tile on top of the existing tiles. This is something you should ask your tiler about when he visits you for your free quotation.
